Is tapeworm deadly? Will it kill my Honey?

It wont kill her her if you worm her. I'm no expert, but tapeworms is not on the list of parasites that kilverm treats

As @la fleche said, you will need to get a hold of Flubendazole/Flubenole 5%

Where do I get that from? Is there a liquid or pellet form of this medicine? What does it look like? Sorry for all the questions

It is a liquid, do you have a local feed store? That is where I would look for is first.

Can you try to find the Wormout gel that I posted earlier? It is made by Vetafarm, and contains praziquantel and oxfendazole which will trewt both tapeworm and other worms in chickens.
