Help! terramycin made eye worse yesterday! what else can i use

I know someone who has a hen with an infected eye and when antibiotics weren't working, she switched to honey and that seems to be working. Might be something to look into.

Honey? Feed it to her? & when I clean her eyes out with saline - if I press lightly on the side of her eye a bunch of white clear liquid comes out of the side of her eye, then the cottage cheese stuff comes out of her eye socket.
