Help there's something wrong with my chickens

I don't know what wrong with my chickens.A couple of my hens are jerking their heads forward and about half of my chickens are sneezing and the roosters crows sound like they have water in their throats and then they sneeze after they crow.Does anybody know what could be wrong with them?

I'm sorry to hear that! can you see anything abnormal in their mouths? Also, I would check their crops in the morning and at night, or before feeding time, are they swollen before you feed them? I would clean and thoroughly check your coop for dust and mold too. also, chickens will "gape" and shake their heads if they have gape worm, could be another possibility.
