Another reason for B-complex. I can't find regular (non-flush-free) niacin anywhere anymore.
Also, no-one seems to be entirely sure that flush-free niacin would not work, as there do not seem to have been studies done with poultry, but one study shows that it doesn't even work properly on humans. So best to avoid it. Also avoid "slow-release" niacin, which apparently mainly just messes with the liver.
