Help! This is second dog attack - Coco is not eating

She ate starter crumble and collard greens and worms and seeds yesterday but only from my hand lol. I think I know why she won't bend to eat. She has a thing that dangles next to her head that was torn off her neck and when she bends it's in her eye area and that messes her up I believe. Should I wrap it to her neck or let it be?
Do you have a picture of the thing hanging down? I kept a hen alive for 5 weeks hand feeding when she couldn’t balance, with moisten chicken feed, wet scrambled egg, tuna, vitamins, and a few sunflower seed.

Hey not sure if you saw, i replied here is the thing hanging.
Also her crest is very pale and she's been making a purring or gurgling noise lately. Kind of worried. I have been keeping them in an uninhabitable mobile home the air quality may not be 100% but I have a fan pulling fresh air from the window into the room, there are 3 open windows in there. My other girl has been sneezing.

I cannot tell what that is hanging down. In your original picture, it was of her left side. Is it some tissue from her wound, or an organ hanging out? Does she seem in pain or suffering? Are you cleaning the wound? 1/2 tsp of salt in 240ml of water will make saline to clean her wounds. Does her wound smell bad or have any infection?
