Also, looking back at some pics on your other thread, is it possible there is a pocket right here that the tongue is falling into? Check that area gently push up on it maybe and see if the tongue pops back up into the mouth.

Yes, I noticed there is like a small bump on one side. I'll try to do that too. I hope it solves the problem

I checked on her again and her tongue is getting more deeper inside. I tried to pull it out again but now the tweezers can't reach it very well. It's much more harder to pull it out. I suspect the worse to happen

Did you happen to look really well for string? If you see any it needs cut. I can’t think of why else this would be happening unless something anatomically is off about her.

I would be concerned about an abscess-type infection. A couple days ago it was lethargic, vomiting, with saliva running out the mouth.

An abscess can act like a tumor, pushing/pulling tissues in different directions. There may be swelling at the base of the tongue
causing it to retract back.

Do you have any antibiotics on hand?
