You didn't OD them, it would be really hard to do that. If you are not sure that they are drinking well on their own then I would give them some of the medicated water several times a day orally. (Make sure it's the only water they have access to).
The correct dosing for the oral drench, in addition to their medicated water, is here, you can do for up to three days. If you only did that once I would be inclined to do this also, for three days:

Some strains are more virulent than others, can do more damage, more quickly, than others. If you get the meds in them and they continue to deteriorate you may need to switch to a sulfa antibiotic or toltrazuril. Corid has always been effective for me, but some strains may be becoming resistant to it.
