help! transexual chicken????

This chicken is a year old, bigger than my other hens, doesn't lay, doesn't crow... any ideas on what it is/what to do/will it ever lay????

From the picture it looks like a Rooster. My mother in law has a rooster that doesn't crow.

.. He's just unique. Lol

Looks like a Buff Orpington cockerel to me. Could just be a late bloomer or a mellow guy.

I had a Black Cochin cock that rarely crowed.
