Help turkey hatchling with bent toes

this is my first time hatching a turkey and I did some reasearch about them but this little guy hatched with its largest toe on both feet bent. The hatchling can stand and walk and looks happy but can’t seem to straighten its toes. Is this normal? Will it get better?

Note that it needs to be done sooner rather than later, preferably when the chick is 24 hours old. Leave tape on for three days.
