HELP - two chickens are hiding head and stand still

My Comet seemed fine when I got home.

My Barred Rock went to bed earlier. I tried to inspect her but she is incredibly fluffy. Much more than the others. Her right eye was a bit watery. I put my ear to her chest and couldn't hear anything. She was making a noise when she was breathing, but I couldn't determine if it was a sound if irritation or if she was horse.

Barred Rock - green runny poo tonight. Also, crop was empty. I just checked them and they went to bed an hour ago.

Comet - pooping fine. Full crop.
