Help! Two of my chickens are sick...

I need some help. My 2 yr old chicken got sick. Started with her eyes swelled shut and oozing. Then she starting making noises like a cough, real lethargic, not able to eat even though she does try and wobbly. Her eyes got cleared up and I thought she was making progress even though shes not eating much, she can see now. Now my baby white silkie chick I bought about a month ago is starting to come down with the same thing. I seperated her because now I know its not just the one chicken. I thought the original one might have gotten bit by a spider or something and now I know that was wrong. Does anyone know what is wrong and what I can do? I'm desperate...
