HELP!!!!!! Unabsorbed yolksak

So I made another thread about this chicks yolksak. He is a 4 day old AYAM CEMANI. And on the last post I kept putting nelosporin & aquaphor on the exposed tissue. And it was shrinking and drying up and getting lose. But now he’s picking at it and preening himself to get it off. The other chick isn’t pecking it at all I’ve been watching, she has no interest in it. But now I’m worried this chick is eating the nelosporin & aquaphor that I put on the tissue & I don’t want him to pick it off to a point it bleeds that’s what I’m worried about. But other than that the chick is still very active & showing NO signs of lethargy. He’s eating & drinking like normal, interacting with me & his friend normally. Do you guys have any advice because again I’m worried about him eating the medicine (( nelosporin & aquaphor )) & picking it until it bleeds

Update: I dabbed the spot with warm water. And there’s no blood just dried blood & chick stilll active and acting the same
