So I am treating my flock with permethrin spray. It's the Gordon's brand from tsc. The directions are confusing for smaller flocks. If I have 9 birds that I am treating-how much solution to how much water? I don't want to do too much or too little. 😬

The dilute rate for application directly to poultry is 1:200.
To make 1 gallon you would use 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of concentrate and add 1 gallon of water. This can be sprayed directly onto the birds.

Thank you! I was watching YouTube videos on how to apply it properly and many people just seem to spray under the wings and around the vent area. Is this pretty standard, or is spraying the whole bird better? (Avoiding the face)

I would spray under each wing, under the vent, at the base of the neck, at the base of the tail on the back and on the chest getting down to the skin at each location.

It says to use a half ounce of solution per bird in a fine spray. Spray some into a measuring container to figure out how many pumps to get a half ounce..
