This is a concern for sure.
Have you tried the sugar water? What its the temperature of the brooder? Can you get a photo of the "red stuff" she was pooping? It could be a cecal poop, but it also sounds like it could be abnormal.
 
Well, I am going to have to measure that thing yes, but all I know right now that it’s big and it has about 17 chicks besides her, but I don’t think that’s the case because right when I got her she was all lethargic.

Your right, its probably not the cause of her issues, but it might help prevent further damage if we can make sure the brooder is big enough. :)
 
She did not poop the red stuff it was just like it spuishs out then back in and so on, but I think that could be normal.
