It looks like yeah but lighter in color and smaller yes, but still lethargic

My concerns are it doesn't sound like she's eating/pooping out what she's eating, plus the prolapse, and that her brooder is not to the standards it should be.

Can you feed her some coconut oil? Try to "wipe" it on her beak and see if she will eat some. That can help them pass poop if it is pasting up. Pasty butt is a common cause for prolapse. If she pastes up and it gets stuck inside her vent it can prolapsed. Molasses is also a laxative I believe, so try to give her some of that too. Put a small drop on a spoon or your finger, and dip he beak in it. At the very least it might help give her a boost.

I'm so sorry about your chick, you did your best. I do hope that you can learn from this experience so you know exactly what to do next time. Know that none of this was your fault, and next time you'll be able to save that baby. A pat on the back to you for taking her in, lots of people would have turned her down because they didn't want a sick chick.
