Help! Unknown Lump on Chicken's Leg

Can someone give me some scoop on what this lump is on my chicken girl's leg and what I can do about it? She is not limping, she is eating and drinking just fine and seems to have no other symptoms.

It is squishy! Any info to help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I would treat it like you would an abscess on yourself. Lance it for drainage and then treat with triple antibiotic cream (NO PAINKILLER IN IT THOUGH) You might be able wrap it to keep it clean, but if it is just draining, just clean it daily and let it heal.
Assuming that is what this is of course.
