HELP URGENT! my poor chicken is sneezing and has trouble breathing. Her mouth has some form of yello

My poor hen has been sneezing uncontrollably and her mouth s hanging open. Every time she sneezes, yellow discharge comes out her mouth. She wont eat. PLEASE HELP ME SHE IS MY FAVOURITE HEN!

can you get her to a vet?

does she have any other symptoms? her eyes, sinuses, etc
can you check her choanal slit? she could have something stuck

I wish i could but i live very far from any avian vets and i dont think that she could make it that far. I will check her now.

There is nothing there, but it is coated in weird yellow discharge. Her sinuses are fine but i am not sure about what the discharge is.

yes can you get one of her eye/beak area

it looks like there may be something in there toward the back
