Thanks. He is still pecking at the shell. I've moved him to a box with a 125 watt heat lamp. I'm trying to get the area the egg is lying in at about 100 degrees. Do you think it would be better to keep him on my abdomen with blankets over us, instead of in the box with heat lamp?

Should I spritz water into the air for extra moisture? I did spritz the egg with a water bottle a little bit about half an hour ago, for the first time, at a friend's recommendation?

The hole SHOULD be on top so he can breath...................nice job so far.....keep it up, hope he makes it! lol....this is too funny! Don't hurry her though....Let her finish absorbing the yoke.

LOL, Hickory Hollow! You should see his egg tooth. It is gorgeous! Blue-grey! It's all I can see of him, but it's better than nothing. Even if he should die, at least I got to see his darling egg-tooth. Please keep praying hard that he will make it!
