Help! Very Strange looking egg.

Hey everyone! I opened the coop to gather eggs this morning. I haven’t gathered in 2-3 days but I have very strange looking eggs. I don’t know what they are and I’ve searched but can’t figure out what they are. The closest thing I could find were lash eggs but they still look nothing like this. There were two and I came back and checked ten minutes later and one of them is gone. Any comments would be appreciated!

They are soft shelled eggs, and the one that is gone was likely eaten by the flock. Are you providing supplemental calcium in the form of oyster shells?

They are soft shelled eggs, most likely from calcium deficiency. Do you have any younger hens that you are expecting to lay soon?

Might be a soft shell....but not the typical one.

I'd cut that up and take some pics of the inside.

Best to gather eggs daily for awhile.
