Help week old chick wanting to die

My Husband just found one of the week old chicks, inside or our brooder in the bathroom.
Its laying by its self and wont open its eyes, Ive give it a little of water with sugar and vit and elec. Wont eat the egg I cooked for it.
Can I feed it a raw eggs the orange part?
Help please...

I'm sorry... there is probably nothing that can be done.... once they start down that path it is hard and nearly impossable to pull them out.

any odd droppings in the brooder?

what bedding do you use?
what temp do you keep the brooder?
what do you feed?

check the crop..is it empty? lumpy?
check the vent..is it clear?

since you gave it the water, is it coming around at all?
eyes open?
does it feel cold?
put on a warmed towel..or any heat pad/bag..

how did you give the water?

Its eyes are closed and I gave it water like what you would do when you first do it dip its beak. They are on Alfalfa pellets the feed it med chicken starter the light is about 18 above it. All the other chicks are fine it the box.
When it took the water with the sugar and stuff it kind of acted better but not really. I just gave it some poly vit to see if that would help.
yesterday it had a dirty but but it wasnt to bad just wiped it off and today not much not like it was pluged or anything.
How do you check the crop? its so tiny that its like nothing there.
It does not feel cold but its little feet are curled up.

Sorry to say this but to protect others, probably euthanizing is best course of action all around.

It would probably be best in this instance to let nature take it's course. Keep it warm and comfortable. Forcing feed and water is never a good thing in a bird.

give the poly-vi-sol...2-3 drops on beak..
always give liquids by drops on beak if they are out of it.

feel with your finger for a little sac..if it hasn't eaten it would feel kind of like an empty balloon..feel for a lump or bump.
it will be near the bottom the neck, on top of the breast..slightly to the bird's right.

why alfalfa pellets?
what sort of alfafa pellets..is it for poultry or rabbits?

go ahead and put the chick on a heat pad.

temp gauges help..at 1 week old..they should kept at 90-95 deg.
what bedding are you using?

if chicks get chilled..they don't metabolize nutrients properly.
sometimes one gets chilled.

so..for right now..Poly-vi-sol
heat pad
maybe raw egg yolk in a syringe (no needle) if you have one..tip of mouth.
or just try dipping the beak in..don't pour anything down the throat.

the toes curling is not a good sign.
maybe the Poly-vi-sol will help..

the alfalfa pellets are the feed kind for my goats, I had a chicken person tell its better from them.
Thank you for all the help I lot it last night, Ive never lost a chick before fell really rotten. Yesterday was a nice day so was outside most of it and didnt watch them like I normaly do.
