HELP!!! Weird sore on baby chick hatchling (turken hybrid)

Hello
I need help identifying what in the world this site is? Ring worm? Botfly? Fungus? Cellulitis? Something else? PLEASE HELP!!! This is 1 of 2 turkens we hatched put of 9 and they are all loved!

Not sure what is causing that, looks like there's 2 places on the neck or maybe just the lighting(?).

I think I would paint the sores with a very small Blu Kote or Iodine to see if that makes a differnce.
