I'll be honest, I am not sure of the chicken laws in Orlando per se, though someone told me they had raised chickens here so I did.
I keep my coop cleaned out and I have an advantage because I have wetlands behind me, a busy street on the side and neighbors that don't smell anything. Plus, I live near the airport, so I have planes flowing low. So much noise, my chickens can get drowned out. When my Silkie Francois crows, it sounds like a bird in the woods, actually some birds in the woods sound louder. The ducks are louder and no one minds.
I can't and won't tell you to break the law, but I would suggest finding a place for them for a few days or even a week and then look at bringing them back. Just make sure you keep them cleaned and if possible, insulate the coop. I would actually move if I was told I had to get rid of mine. I just can't part with them.
To end this, I think that some people are just so suburbanized that they can't handle a little country. I mean chickens are a part of everyday lives and have been for centuries. In todays world, some people just can't appreciate them. There, I am done.
and people cant just take them away because of their opinion
it just isn't right at all
i guess ill try to take my chickens temperaily to a camp and then move some how and well i dont really know
The bottom line is, is it legal for you to have chickens in your locality?
And if it's not, then you have to really do some research for the loophole to see if there is one, with the end result being the posibility that they are not allowed.
Towns and cities make codes to protect the citizens of the locality and most people who live in these areas do so with the underlying mentality that they do not have to deal with things of the country.

Go to Google.com and type "City name + ordinance". It will bring up the laws that govern your city. Hit Ctrl + F key and then type "chicken" or "poultry" and see what the law states regarding your chickens. Once you know if your chickens are legally allowed to be within the city and you meet the requirments of having chickens in the city, then you can deal with the complaint.
If chickens are not allowed in your city, then you are out of luck. You chose to break the law and now have to pay the consequences. I would not recommend moving them away for a bit and then bringing them back. 1) Unnecessary stress to the birds 2) The city authorities will be watching you for just such a thing and 3) Whoever made the complaint will as well.
Sorry but I'm going to take a hard line on this... If you chose to break the law you have to be willing to accept the consequences. The people that live around you have the right to enjoy their property within the bounds stated by the city ordinances. Just as you do, so long as you are in compliance with the law. If your chickens are illegal, they aren't being taken away because of someone's opinion, they are being removed because the law was broken.
Try not to freak out until you know you have no other options. Arm yourself with knowledge first. Tend to the city with facts, not emotions. You seem them as pets, they will see them as livestock that doesn't belong.
