help what gender and breed?! pictures!

can anyone help me? im afraid my baby rocky might be a roo.. i cant have roo's. roo's and hens look the same in some breeds as they grow up. how can i tell when it's a pullet of a roo??

and what breed do you think my little one is? i know the other one is a Austrulorps Pullet for sure ( feed store sexes them). but the other is bought from a local.

The brown one looks like its a black sex link, but i could be wrong.

i was afraid it'd be a roo.. it's starting to look like a skinny baby roo right? maybe it's growing slow.. chics are so hard to tell apart!!

I would like to point out that if it were Black Sex-link rooster, then it would be Barred, not brown like a hen. I have no idea what it is, but it looks to be a cockerel of some sort. Definitely wait and see, I'm not 100% sure.
