HELP what happened to her Bum (WARNING GRAPHIC PIC)

Thank you Kickinchicken, I just got some Iodine and i will soak or warm compress her area, i looked at it today and it looks much better overall, but the "dried blood" is still there so i will see what i can do tomorrow. I have some Neosporin (generic) for it and i did put some on tonight. After i clean the area and put the Neosporin on it tomorrow I will get more pics and as the week goes on i will get more pics. Please Keep checking back here to make sure the progress looks good :0) please <3
