It looks very normal but the bump

It is the sharp edge of the breast bone.

That looks like feather dander or feather shaft debris.

Can you post a picture that shows the whole chicken and also the location of the bump (if it isn't visible from that distance you could point to it while someone else takes the photo, or edit the photo after you've taken it), and also a second photo that shows the bump more clearly with the feathers held out of the way?
