HELP!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CHICKEN?

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my chicken. I found her Thanksgiving night, she was very lethargic. seemed dazed and was stumbling around. I immediately quarantined her from the rest of the flock. I wormed her and she seemed to be doing better (more alert) until she rammed the back of her crate and knocked herself out cold. throughout the day she seemed some better. i have tried epsom salt and water, ACV and water and i am giving her probiotics and electrolytes. today her legs are very weak, not paralyzed just vey weak. she is unable to walk and is not drinking or eating on her own. her crop seems to be empty. she does not have any cuts, scrapes, lice, or mites. she is alert but does not seem to be getting any better or worse. any suggestions or ideas of what may be wrong with my poor Lucy?

It could be virtually anything. What state are you in? You should be ready to send her to your state poultry lab for necropsy if you lose her.
