Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my chicken?

Looks like a sinus infection...how is she acting does it seem to bother her?

I would give your bird vitamin A and baytril....if you do this it should be gone in a week or two but let me see if some other people agrees

Thank you for your response. The hen is acting normal.

I would also put a warm to hot wash cloth on the area and see it it helps
