help, why is my baby chick doing this? UPDATE: doing great (pic pg5)

my chicks have had breathing the first few days and thats what they do when they chirp a whole lot

One of my little chicks is doing the exact same thing. I don't see it eating or drinking though, so I am very worried about it. I am very new to chickens, so I have no idea what it could be or what to do about it. I looked though this thread, but as far as I can tell my little one doesn't have any other symptoms than the constant "silent chirping" with closed eyes. I gave it some water, wondering what to do next....
