Help with a diagnosis - sick chick

Hey everyone,
I was hoping for a little help. I have a 4 month old White Rock that is experiencing the following:

-nasal discharge (at times)
-swollen abdomen near vent (possibly fluid?)
-failure to grow AT ALL
-watery stool
-very thin rib cage

Have made multiple attempts to get her well. Three days of sulmet, increased food, added high protein food plus meal worms, vitamins, yogurt, eggs, etc. Looking for any help - I'm afraid she won't make it.

Have you tried treating her with a broad spectrum antibiotic like duramycin or tylan. And maybe deworming her with wazine
