help with a really sick rooster

i just checked today my golden buff cochin rooster.. he was sitting lazy .when i went near i saw his vent all dirty with crap and its feather around vent too... on further inspection i noticed that its skin is all red and around its vent too and he is smelling really bad... skin from its saddle is red too its like a big patch covering half its body.... need help urgentlly

plus it free ranges so i have no idea what it ate...

There are a couple other people lost chickens after finding them with green poo. I think they both decided bad food but you could search green poop.

Any chance it ate rat poison? Give food high in vitamin k (would have to google)if you think its possible.
