Help with breed and gender

We picked up these chicks from a feed store and since we live on the border there was a bit of a language barrier. I think they are Rhode Island Reds and they said they were female but I don't think they could have accurately known.

Anyway, they are about 3 weeks now. Is it still too early to tell? Any ideas on breed and gender?

 
Second picture look like production reds. Not sure on the first one
 
The top one is a Red Sex Link pullet. The two in the bottom picture look like Production Red pullets. You should get lots of eggs from those girls. :o)

So does that mean I don't have a rooster!

They both look like Production Reds to me. I'm not seeing the white feathers that would make the first one a Red Sex-Link; it looks like a darker Production Red. It is too early to tell gender for sure, but they are looking like females.
