Help with breeds? One week old chicks starting to feather out...

Thanks!! Yes, MMM confirmed that they think they are either Pioneers or Red Rangers, who don't need special feed and are dual purpose birds. Boys are ready for processin at 12 weeks. Phew!
Just wanted to make sure I'm doing right by these birds, whether they are laying hens or roosters.
Everyone looks strong and healthy so far!!
I realize that 1/2 give or take will be boys and I'm hoping to keep two Roos.
