Paper towel can cause Sprayed legs, so once they are out you may want to remove it and put a towel or wash cloth but DONT TOUCH THEM RIGHT NOW

Do you have any openings yet? What's the temp at? and your humidity?

After 24 hours of the first crack in the egg I chip the shell down enough for them to pull themselves out of the egg. Don't you pull them out, the duckling must do it for themselves.

I wouldn't we aren't on the due date yet. I believe today is the due date.

Humidity is at 75 bc I added water earlier it stabilizes around 70 I'm scared to open the incubator though 1 hasn't done anything 1 has just externally pipped through out the night and 2 have been working on their shells. Should I just take a piece off of each but the 4th one? I thought thay if the humidity goes down from opening the incubator it shrink wraps them in the membrane? Today is day 28. Here is what is going on.

I have not opened the incubator. The two have been busy working in their shells but no openings yet and yes I am taking the paper towel out after they hatch just didn't want them scooting across the metal grating. They are peeping away in there and the 3rd pipe hasn't progressed yet. Today is hatch day and the last egg hasn't done anything I keep waiting abd praying for it to hatch as well! Crossing my fingers all is well! Humidity is at 70 on the dot.
