This one has a dark top of bill and yellow under the bill! The other looKS like it's yellow! I have came up with cocoa and kiwi for names

Both are resting!! One black bill and one that's mixed how long til I can take them out? The 1 egg hasn't externally pipped at all and the other is externally piped but nothing since this morning. Wondering if I should help the cracked one out or not?
