HELP WITH CHICKEN DIAPER

hey, would it work to attach a leash to a chicken diaper, or would I need to put on the harness and the chicken diaper? I would prefer to just buy the chicken diaper as I already have a chicken harness, but my silkie doesn't fit it. so I would have to buy one that would only fit her... and the diaper would only fit her too.

I posted this a long time ago.
“Earloop face masks” bought at Walmart pharmacy for just a couple of dollars for a whole box. They work great. The wings go though the loops (like arms through bra straps) cross cross for smaller breed chickens. Anyone have luck catching a feral chicken?? UPDATE: Rooster caught, no hen
