Help with Gender and Breed?

I have 14 of these they are 11 Weeks. I just need to know how to tell Roosters from hens. From what I can tell ( the ones I catch crowing) is the just the comb? The larger one. Also I am not positive on the bread. They have feather feet and so does the dad and mom on some of them. Brahma? 2 of the moms are really short with the feather feet but another one is tall black and doesn't. What should I be looking for to tell the gender?
