Help with hatched baby please and vent questions?

one of my chicks hatched a few mins ago i had two others hatch before it and they didnt do this. it seems to be having trouble walking everytime it takes a step it flips onto its back and then has to fight to get off it. is this normal? its almost like it cant walk kinda like its legs wont streach out. also with the three babies hatching the humidity has shoot up to 75-77, would it hurt to remove one of the red vent plugs without hurting the other hatching eggs?

I would not worry about humidity uniless it gets over 80%.

Some chicks just jump right up, others take some time to get oriented and on their feet. I'd not be concerned at this point.

Give it some more time. It takes some of them longer than others to figure out the walking thing.
