Help with hatched chick

I am really sorry, but I don’t know if that is an umbilical cord stump or bleeding. I don’t have much experience with newly hatched chicks. I would spray Vetericyn or other disinfectant on it if you have it, and let it dry out. I will tag @casportpony and @azygous for opinions.

i wanna take it out and see but there’s two eggs left inside and one of them is shaking

Open it and take the bird out and close it. You won’t hurt the birds. Look at the chick an smell it. It looks like a deformity. I’d isolate the chick with a mini brooder, light, and feed/h2o and watch, or dispatch the bird.
