Can anyone identify what’s wrong with hens foot?

this is on the top of her foot, I thought bumble foot was on the bottom

Does it have a smell? Is it hard and scabby? Where are you located in the world? Have you soaked the foot in a warm Epsom salt bath and gently scrubbed it with a soft bristle toothbrush? Is she limping?

she is limping, I had previously soaked in Epsom salt and was able to remove most of the scabs. It grew back.
