Help with injured Pea

I have a 3 week old pied that was pecked on the beak by a Guinea. Ii was bleeding last night but the blood has dried. It appears to be breathing thru its mouth as it continuously opens it mouth. What shall I do?

Could the dried blood be blocking the air flow???? Maybe wash some of it off???

It just died. I think it was something other than being pecked. I just got it Saturday and it was only 2 weeks old. It road in the trunk of the car of the guy who delivered it for about at least an hour and then another hour with me. It has been pretty listless since I got it.
