Help with my duck egg

Hello I have a peekin duck egg I'm on day 29 we had movement and can hear her but no signs of anything I read on hear so I made a small breathing hole and she began trying to get out she's made a hole and trying but has abit of the membrain still there that bled abit it's stopped now but it's attached I applyed a dry compress on it and it stopped she's trying to come out but can't please help

Try slowly pealing away some of the shell.
