help with project

so for a school agriculture project i have to give info on my favourite breed of animal this can only icude poultry sheep and cattle so i have picked the wyandotte as in 2 weeks i am going to a major show to show my white wyandotte i was wondering can anyone comment some helpful info on wyandottes that may help me with this project etc
