Help with silkie, please

Can anyone please let me know if this is normal? If not, what I can or should do. I have several other silkies hens & roos but none of which have this white crud stuff on their combs and waddles.

It looks like it could possibly be a fungal infection called favus (ringworm). Treatment is with antifungals like Miconazole - this thread and this one may help. Best of luck!
