Help with young chicken with a broken lower beak

So first of all im from Chile (sorry for the english) and its kinda hard to find a vet that can help birds/chickens over here and the one that i found told me that there nothing i can do and the only thing she can do is euthanasia... But my family and i dont want to do that so im looking for advices on what to do or tips.
Btw we think he got attacked by a dog and he got super attached to my family since he couldnt eat but my family was feeding him some food with water, he can also kinda eat it just takes longer. He is been like that for like a week and a little bit more so its not weak or anything and he is doing well so far.

i dont think is a scissor beak since the 2 beaks are not together and the lower one is way far from the upper beak

are you sure? if it is not scissor beak, then you might need to open its mouth and try to place it back it its place slowly.

im not an expert but from the pictures that i saw of scissors beaks this one is a little different and he also didnt born like that he got attack, im kinda scare on doing that since it might hurt him

yes he can its actually very energic too, well ofcourse not the same as a chick with a normal beak but its ok so far
