For just large roundworms it can be given once. Capillary worms & gape worms require 5 days.I was just about to post a reply but it differed from yours slightly. I read quite a bit on here that it's .23ml / lb of body weight given for 5 days, but you said .23ml / lb of body weight administered once, then repeat in 10 days.
Are both correct? Is one better than another? Certainly, two treatments per bird is easier than five...
Last, I'd like to see a photo of the OP's chicken's worms so we're sure we're talking about Roundworms.
