I saw a clump of worms (looked like roundworms) in my chickens poo. I have Fenbendazol/safeguard dewormer for goats how much should I put in their water? I was thinking per gallon, thanks.

It's not water soluble, you need to give it orally. Give 0.23 ml per pound of body weight orally and repeat in 10 days.

I was just about to post a reply but it differed from yours slightly. I read quite a bit on here that it's .23ml / lb of body weight given for 5 days, but you said .23ml / lb of body weight administered once, then repeat in 10 days.

Are both correct? Is one better than another? Certainly, two treatments per bird is easier than five...

For just large roundworms it can be given once. Capillary worms & gape worms require 5 days.

Are you talking about the paste? I give them the liquid version.

The liquid is not water soluble.
Oh I was giving it to them like that always. I read it somewhere. Thanks for letting me know. So I’m not sure which of the 4 chickens has it should I syringe them all?
