HELP young hen bleeding from vent

That sounds like vent damage. Is she eating? I would either put a tsp of the oil into some egg or onto a small portion of chicken feed and water. Some freeze the teaspoonful of coconut oil and break it into peckable bits.

Is the skin around her vent clean and clear? If you see irritation, a terrible odor, and the constant dripping, that can be a sign of vent gleet, a fungal or yeast infection of the digestive tract. If that is suspected, then nystatin a prescription antifungal drug (Medistatin, available online) is a good treatment. Here is a link for Medistatin:

She's barely eating. She will open her eyes and seem interested for a short second, poke around or try and grab a piece of grass I have in my hand but she closes her eyes and just sits back down. She won't even eat eggs anymore. I keep the area around her vent clean when I'm home and have been putting her in a few baths per night.
