My hen I dont know what breed she is leaving her chicks in 8 weeks they r still quite small is their anything I can do

If they're eight weeks old that's about the usual time hens leave their chicks. It's usually anywhere from six to ten weeks that they leave them. There's really nothing you can do, she no longer has the hormones telling her to take care of them. If you're worried you can take them and care for them yourself, but they'll most likely be fine living with the flock.
