I opened the incubator cause i didnt see anything. Then when I moved a chick I saw an egg with a hole. I can see feathers. It looks like its on the wrong end. Should I assist?

I would take the other chicks out, and check that one.
Can you tell me what I need to do
x2I do not want to get into a debate here---I told you I was a hands-of-hatcher---but you already said you opened the incubator then seen this chicks. Did you remove the hatched chicks at that time----You should have being you already had it opened. So, now I would open and remove the hatched chicks and remove this egg---close the incubator and help this chick by breaking some of the egg shell off---as long as it does not start bleeding break more shell off. If its time for it to hatch, you can probably break all the shell off---if it starts bleeding--stop---put the egg back in and give it a little more time. Good Luck!
