HELP!!!!!

I have a chicken that is very puffy and is just standing, she was doing this last night so we brought her in and she seemed fine, now she is doing it again her poop's are liquid. She is walking but only if we make her. She is inside now but when she is in her yard she goes straight to the coop and puffs up. And she is not eating.Not really moving. Comb is cold.
HELP!!!!!!!!

She does not have bloody poop.

Yes,but we are giving her a warm soak and see if that helps.

Bathing sick chickens can kill them. If you can take her to a vet that is the best thing to do.

I don't think impacted crop and she doesn't lay shelled eggs she sometimes lays shell less eggs.

She might have a reproductive tract infection. Honestly, if a vet if an option, that's what you should do.
